Lending Products Offered

With access to a wide range of lenders, Rob can offer mortgage solutions for many different residential financing needs. Whether you are buying your first home, moving to a new property, renewing a mortgage or accessing the equity you have built, Rob can help you understand your options and find a lending solution that fits your goals.

Through his lender network, Rob can compare options from multiple lenders rather than limiting your search to a single financial institution. Each lender has its own qualification policies, interest rates, costs, payment options amongst other mortgage features. Having more options can make it easier to find a solution aligned with what brings you the most value!

Types of Lenders Rob Works With

A-Lenders
A-lenders provide mortgage financing to borrowers who meet standard income, credit, down-payment and debt-servicing requirements. These lenders generally offer the most competitive mortgage rates and include banks, credit unions, trust companies and lenders that specialize exclusively in mortgages.

Secured Lines of Credit
Secured lines of credit allow property owners to borrow against the available equity in their property and access funds as needed. They can provide flexible financing for renovations, investments, debt consolidation or other significant expenses, with interest generally charged only on the amount used. Because the line of credit is secured by a property, it will generally carry a lower interest rate than an unsecured line of credit or credit card.

Alternative Lenders
When A-lender financing is not suitable, an alternative lender may be a great fit. Alternative lenders offer more flexible qualification options for individuals with unique income, credit or property circumstances. In some cases, borrowers may also use alternative financing when they require a larger approval amount than traditional lending guidelines permit.

Private Lenders
Private lending solutions are typically used when a borrower cannot qualify with a A lender or alternative lender, or when financing is needed quickly. Private lenders focus more heavily on the property’s value and available equity than on traditional income or credit requirements.

Reverse Mortgages
Reverse mortgages allow Canadian homeowners aged 55 or older to access a portion of the equity in their home without selling it or making regular mortgage payments. The funds are commonly used to supplement retirement income, manage expenses, complete renovations or help family members financially.
